LiveOps is looking for people to work from home taking pizza orders for a well-known pizza delivery client. If you have ever called in an order for take-out or pizza delivery, then you know what this work-from-home customer service opportunity is all about.
 
On these calls, you will use your customer service skills and attention to detail to help callers place their pizza orders. On some calls you may check on the status of an order, or use your problem-solving skills to find a coupon code for the caller or to connect them with a store in their area.
 
We are looking for people who are quick and efficient with a clear phone voice and a love for delighting callers. You should have a quiet place to work and if you are invited to become an agent, you will need to provide a landline phone, headset, and computer that meet our technical requirements (these can be reviewed here: www.join.liveops.com/requirements).
 
This is a work-from-home customer service contract opportunity to be your own boss and work with the premier work-from-home call center company. What are the Calls Like
On these calls you will work from home taking pizza orders for a well-known pizza delivery chain.
 
Agents will help callers by taking their food order, asking if they want a side or dessert, and then placing the order using the client’s online application. You may also help callers by finding coupon codes for deals they heard about on TV or radio, checking on the status of their order, or transferring them to their local store locations.
 
These calls are short and can come in quickly, especially during peak times. Agents will have a dedicated line so that they know every call is from the same pizza client, and online chat will be available if you need help during the calls.
 
Earning potential
Independent agents earn money for time spent talking on the phone and may also receive performance-based pay, or incentives. The talk-time rate for this client is $0.22 cents per minute of talk time.

Applicants looking to maximize their earning potential should plan to take calls on nights and weekends.

Available Hours
Schedule availability is during the peak hours of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings between 3:10 PM to 11:40 PM ET. Additional schedule access may become available as agents meet program requirements.
 
Independent agents make their own schedule by self-scheduling to take calls in 30 minute blocks. Independent agents can self-schedule to commit to specified time blocks that work best for them.

Application and Certification Process
Interested agents should apply online. If your application is accepted, you will be invited to become an independent contractor with LiveOps and provide services to our clients as an independent customer service agent. This invitation is contingent upon you signing the LiveOps Independent Contractor Agreement and ordering, paying for, and passing a background and credit check.
 
Once you become an independent agent, LiveOps’ client companies require you to complete the LiveOps certification courses and their program-related certification before your business can start answering calls. There is a combination of self-paced eLearning courses and live virtual classroom learning sessions conducted via conference call. The certification takes approximately 10 hours and must be completed within 2 weeks of becoming a LiveOps agent. The certification class will begin, Monday September 19, 2016. If invited to provide services for LiveOps’ pizza delivery client, all required application steps must be completed by, Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
