JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist/Marketing Automation, Analytics and Reporting Specialist, who can assist the Service Marketing Director in defining, driving and growing our lead generation process and nurture strategy through marketing automation, program design and development. In addition, this position has responsibility for measuring, monitoring, and analyzing and reporting on campaign and digital marketing results. This individual will be highly engaged in testing, learn and will play a key role in campaign execution to drive results.

 

  • Create persuasive email programs that convert prospects into leads and accelerate them through the complex B2B buying process, as well as, retain existing customers
  • Integrate marketing and sales efforts through automated programs to make marketing execution more simple, scalable, repeatable, and effective
  • Drive the calendaring, messaging, testing, audience selection, creative development and analysis/key insights of campaigns
  • Code emails and landing pages, create email content using HTML and CSS as needed and ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables
  • Track metrics and interpret campaign performance to align marketing and sales and inform and optimize our marketing metrix
  • Define, implement, maintain and document marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene along with troubleshooting
  • Own marketing activity reporting, KPI's and performance insights to monitor marketing success across all channels
  • Monitor digital marketing programs to ensure that targets are achieved within budget
  • Good understanding of the Web, CMS and related technologies with the ability and desire to grow your technical skill set
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, A/B Testing and measurement
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and tracking campaigns that score, nurture and report on leads with the ability to engage prospects in a complex B2B buying cycle
  • Ability to work in a fast pace team environment, prioritize work, balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written along with outstanding presentation skills
  • Possess a "can do" attitude with the passion to succeed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business-MBA preferred
  • Requires 5-7 years experience in a business-to-business Marketing environment for a Service based firm.  And 2 years experience working for a consulting firm
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing automation and CRM system management to power marketing programs (Salesforce and Marketo/Eloqua/Silverpop experience strongly desired)
  • B2B Sales and marketing program experience required
