JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview:
 
Canon Business Process Services has an opening for a Fleet Coordinator. This position provides service and new installation call management assistance, assists with routing trouble tickets and handles help desk communications.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: 
 
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing a fleet of MFDs (Multi Functional Devices), located at multiple off-site locations.  
  • Place change of address, new installations , follow up calls and validation calls on MFD fleet
  • Assist with routing trouble tickets to correct group to resolve issues
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Creating MFD work orders
  • Collecting and recording monthly MFD meter reads
  • Maintaining an accurate database
  • Assist with setting up new devices and relocating existing equipment
  • Assisting end users with software issues and diagnosing the issue.
  • Understand networking and printer configuration
  • Use a Monitoring System to monitor the operational status of each MFD in the fleet, and to immediately react and resolve all MFD malfunctions by contacting the appropriate on-site representative via phone or BlackBerry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
 
The incumbent in this position should possess a high school diploma, preferably with 1-2 years of experience. The successful candidate with have computer knowledge, (Lotus Notes, MS Windows XP environment, MS Excel 2010 or later). In addition, candidates that can demonstrate good customer service skills, are detailed oriented and can multi-task are preferred.
  • Intermittent physical activity including reaching, prolonged periods of sitting, bending, or lifting (up to 50lbs)

  •   Must be proficient in Excel.
