JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Regional Account Manager-Healthcare

Canon Business Process Services is presently seeking a Regional Account Manager focusing on the Healthcare sector to join our successful Sales Team in the New York Metropolitan marketplace.  The responsibilities of this new position include developing new and existing business.  The focus is on closing multi-year contracts with hospitals and healthcare organizations.  Along with that focus is the business need to develop strong client relationships and provide excellent client service from point of contact to close.
 
This is a ‘HUNTER” position and you MUST have previous experience with business services solutions selling in the healthcare industry.
 
 
 
The successful applicant will be able to:
 
·         Prospect for business customers primarily through face to face and cold calling-appointments with VP
        and C-level contacts are crucial (hospital CEO’s, CFO’s, VP’s of Procurement, etc)
·         Build, develop and nurture customer relationships with healthcare and hospital accounts
·         Coordinate and manage support and analytical teams to identify and design client oriented healthcare    
        solutions
·         Drive revenue, maintains accountability for set goals and objectives, and attains and exceeds monthly sales quotas
·         Prepare and present professional proposals/service solutions specific to the customer’s needs
·         Develop sales plans and penetrate new accounts
·         Develop relationships at the operational and mid-management level
·         Assist in coaching new peers on the sales process
·         Sell office solutions to perspective clients within a dedicated region
·         Work with the Analysis Team
·         Prepare monthly reports
·         Assist in developing financial forecasts
·         Monitor operations for efficiency and quality
·         Renegotiate client contracts
·         Close and install at least one deal every other


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 We will offer a base salary and a competitive commission structure.
 
You must have experience with C-Level sales and solution selling within the HEALTHCARE VERTICAL!
