Enhance C-level executives' effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
Provide International and Domestic Travel reservations for C-level executives and maintain flexibility when these arrangements must change - (frequent travel changes occur regularly)
Make travel arrangements using the Concur system
Proces expense reports utilizing the American Express system on a monthlly basis for C-level executives
Provide executive-level support to multiple executives concurrently and provide back-up coverage to co-administrative support employees
Work in a purchase order system to code and process invoices and approving for payment
Monitor and manage departmental budgets
Assist in stream lining processes for continual improvement
Coordinate conference room scheduling by using reservations system
Using Microsoft Excel, produce workbooks and spreadsheets to analyze data and prepare pivot tables, charts, graphs and other formats for presentation to C-level executives
Using Microsoft PowerPoint, produce powerpoint presentations from hand written and typed notes for C-level executives, edit existing slides by importing data and graphics; creating charts
Using Microsoft Sharepoint, work in a cloud environment sharing and monitoring documents, files, and other business intelligence
Conserve C-level executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence and inquiries; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Maintain C-level executives' appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings; conferences, teleconferences, webexs, and travel
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships across business units and deliver business results
Respond to changing situations and encourage and help others to do the same
Manage conflicting priorities and be comfortable in a fast paced environment
Independently resolve moderately complex problems and issues under general supervision using appropriate judgment, discretion, and knowledge
Manage complicated business calendars in Outlook
Maintain confidential records and files
