The Strategic Account Manager will provide overall account management to ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds the stated scope of services, specifications and service expectations to a specific customer account.

  • Responsible for the clients’ engagement and the long-term, strategic relationship with the client
  • Works closely with all levels of management to ensure that all commitments and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develops plans specific for client which incorporate additional mail, copy and outsourcing solutions into total client solutions
  • Helps prepare and present professional proposals/service solutions specific to the client’s needs
  • Works to drive revenue and maintain accountability for set goals and objectives
  • Attains and exceeds add-on sales quotas
  • Actively participates and leads in various sales and skills training
  • Develops relationships at the operational and mid-management level
  • Prepares monthly and weekly sales reports
  • Participates regularly in client and internal meetings
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating quarterly reviews, developed with local team
  • Ensure adequate levels of staffing in all areas
  • Recommend operational, reporting and service delivery programs, standards, procedures and specifications that are appropriate for deployment
  • Work with client to understand business drivers to anticipate and prepare for changes in specifications or volume
  • Has commitment to professionalism and personal development
  • Develops and adheres to training program
  • Performs other duties as requested by the Director of Strategic Accounts



Bachelor’s Degree required 
Global Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
Knowledge of Diplomatic Cargo 

  • 5+ years Sales background
  • 3+ years Office Equipment background
  • Project Management Skills
  • Abililty to manage large customer account with multiple locations
  • Strategic Thinker - ability to predict trends and anticipate customer needs
  • Leadership/Management Ability
