Cannon Business Process Business Services has an opening for a Document Management Support Clerk. This position provides service and new installation call management assistance, assists with routing trouble tickets and handles help desk communications.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Place change of address, new installations , follow up calls and validation calls on mfp fleet
Assist with routing trouble tickets to correct group to resolve issues
Ensure that information is checked for quality and accurately meet the instructions as submitted
Additional duties as assigned
