Title Processor



  1. *Follow up with the title company for closing confirmation.
  2. *Review the executed funding documents for compliance.
  3. *Review the final approved HUD-1 for compliance.
  4. *Validate that the cash from/to the borrower is in compliance with the underwriting conditions.
  5. *Review the payoff, liens, judgments and subordination.
  6. *Review funding/closing and underwriting conditions for compliance.
  7. *Balance the wire amount.
  8. *Provide funding authorization.
  9. *Fund the loan.
  10. *Track files that need to be funded on a given day to assure all work is completed.
  11. Must be able to meet established minimum daily expectations for this position.
  12. This position may require frequent over time, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet client service level agreements.
  13. *Maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information stored in the ISGN’s computer networks and data communications infrastructure.   14. Perform other related duties as assigned or directed





Education:  High school diploma or equivalent




Job Related Experience:  1 – 3 years of related Closing, Funding, Post Closing or Processing experience.


Management Experience: N/A
