3+ Years experience within a Customer Service/Sales role
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Experienced in Outbound and Inbound customer service and support
Ability to maintain self-control in difficult situations and resolve issues as they arise
Must have sound business judgment
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
Ability to Multi-task & Prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills
Assisting in the execution of sampling, material tracking and general elements of creating a seamless presentation environment for Interface
Tracking orders from order entry through delivery to ensure the FLOR brand is exceeding expectations to AE’s as well as their customers
Communicate accurate lead times, current stock levels, special orders requests, and the status of current orders.
Liaison for credit and accounting issues pertaining to Synergy orders / Interface Accounts / .
Use problem solving techniques to troubleshoot issues and anticipate areas for improvement.
Have expert knowledge in both FLOR and InterfaceFLOR product and processes to provide excellent order management for both FLOR and InterfaceFLOR.
Ability to offer ideas on future growth opportunities and be proactive about how FLOR & InterfaceFLOR’s joint program can continue to grow
Attend Sales meetings for FLOR & InterfaceFLOR
Perform other duties as assigned

Responding and fulfilling Carpet For A Cause donation requests
Designing area rugs suitable for each specified space
Some travel required
Lifting of up to 35 lbs.
High school or GED; college degree preferred.
