Job Summary:

A FLOR Call Center Administrator is responsible for creating sales, customer loyalty and repeat business. They are expected to learn the FLOR product line, its specifications and properly communicate this information to customers in an effort to grow the FLOR brand. The Call Center Representative should have the ability to understand the FLOR system to solve customer’s needs. The candidate’s focus will also be to support the call center with administrative requirements and will be the lead on many of the administrative responsibilities in the department. 


Educational requirements: 
Associate, B.S., or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
Skills and experience:
Prior sales and customer sales support experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong systems use skills
Prior customer service experience
Problem solving ability
Ability to learn FLOR products and specifications
Prior administrative experience
Essential duties:
Running and Completing Daily Reports
Providing Assistance with administrative work
Create sales, customer loyalty and repeat business
Convert quotes and swatches to buyers
Support the company by answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to customers who are seeking information and product as a direct result of our catalog and internet marketing.
Support marketing initiatives
Provide customers with Installation assistance
Ensure customer satisfaction with our products
Understand the FLOR business and systems to meet customer needs
Abide by all company policies
Assist with the maintenance of the in-house carpet square sample library
Comply with safety rules
Comply with environmental regulations
Be aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Willingness to learn and understand Interface's commitment to sustainability
Perform other duties as assigned
