JOB DESCRIPTION:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Casino Marketing Ambassador is responsible for creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement on the casino floor by announcing jackpot winners on the P.A. system, taking photos of those winners, distributing giveaways, execute Indiana Grand Casino Rewards Club enrollments and other interactions with gamers.   The Casino Marketing Ambassador is responsible for creating a fanfare for all winners on the casino floor- while simultaneously working with slot hosts, slot technicians, slot supervisors and security personnel to insure compliance with all IGC regulations. Also, responsible for duties carried out in the Indiana Grand Casino VIP Room. Perform all other duties assigned by management and works proactively with other departments within marketing and with other divisions. Responsible for cash handling and service in the Indiana Grand Casino Logo Shop.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Indiana Grand Casino’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.  Performs all other duties as assigned.

 
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

QUALFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required. Customer service experience is preferred. Outgoing and engaging personality is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays and special events as assigned.
