Responsible for the consistent execution of Players Club initiatives. Responsible for processing all player transactions for casino player club members. Must have the ability to make sound decisions in providing complimentary items based on tracked play. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem solving skills required. The ability to resolve stressful situations. Analytical skills and customer service orientation required. Effective communication and time management skills, along with the ability to forecast time management needs of others is required. Responsible for cash handling and service in the Logo Shop. Also responsible for duties carried out in the Indiana Grand Casino VIP Room. All other duties assigned by management.
High School diploma or GED required. Customer service and/or cash handling experience is preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
