JOB DESCRIPTION:
OVERALL PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

Answer customer queries and provide first class customer care for their online players.
 
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing player accounts (passwords, fund transfers, account privileges)
  • Handling customer requests via email or telephone
  • Assisting with Fraud and Collusion related issues
  • Informing players about current promotions
  • Assisting players with connection issues
  • Informing players about games and game rules
  • Assist external Call Centers on BtoB support
  • Record all necessary information into computerized database

JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both French and English
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a Contact Center environment
  • Knowledge of Poker and Bingo is an asset
