The Casino Product Manager will work as part of the Gaming Product Team responsible for the setting, managing and coordinating the product mix of games in the online casino. Included here is leading the development of the casino roadmap and support the marketing/business objectives set by the senior management team.
The role is expected to integrate and analyze product data from multiple sources and suppliers and report on casino game results and metrics to the business. Included here is understanding the commercial and technical integration of casino games from multiple suppliers and making recommendations for additions or changes to achieve an outstanding and competitive product.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of each of online casino games including functionality, features, quality, satisfaction and metrics associated with each game.
  • Make recommendations to senior management on the product mix in the online casino in terms of slot games, table games, skill games, casual games and their corresponding features to ensure that the product mix is operating to its maximum potential. Ensure delivery of the highest quality online casino content across all platforms including web, mobile, tablet and other devices.  Lead, manage and own the product roadmap for this platform with a 24 month horizon.
  • Achieve deep understanding of technical integration between casino games suppliers and the player management system including movement of funds, bonus restrictions and other features and functionality.
  • Achieve deep understanding of commercial agreements and analyze impact of commercial terms on mix of games within the online casino
  • Monitor and report on the product life cycle of casino games and make recommendations about which games to make additions or changes to the product portfolio. Detailed focus on understanding the requirements of players from the online casino product and provide input to ensure that the customer path through the product is seamless.
  • Work closely with suppliers to understand their roadmap for development in terms of new integrations and new games launches and to ensure all requirements are included in that roadmap, including the development of specific or branded online casino content.
  • Work closely with iGaming colleagues to promote, support and further their understanding of the online casino product and collect and generate new product requirements, ideas and enhancements to existing products from senior team members.
  • Assess product position in the market versus rival operators and provide market intelligence on competitor offerings to help identify areas of opportunity, change and improvement.

  • University or Graduate degree in business or equivalent
  • 5 years plus of product management experience (online business or gaming experience would be viewed as a positive)
  • 5 years of working across product, operational and analytical functions and must understand the importance of online
  • Data-driven and detail-orientated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – the online casino industry is driven by analytics and a deep understanding of player behaviour and operational profitability through measurement of volatility, return to player, frequency of wins and other key metrics
  • Ability to organize data, perform analysis and create reports from various databases and sources
  • Experience capturing and documenting business and reporting requirements from internal groups and various functions/levels
  • Knowledge of online marketing practices and promotional/bonus processes
  • Good understanding of technologies (mobile/tablet) and future technologies (iTV) and strong knowledge in e-commerce
  • Strong planning skills and ability to prioritize, work in a dynamic environment and self-manage projects.
  • Ideally have a strong understanding of Gaming and betting
  • Good strategic and commercial mindset and possess the confidence to challenge established beliefs if the data indicates otherwise
  • Excellent People & Vendor Relationship management experience as role will be working closely with suppliers and internal team
  • Strong communication skills to present business and technical issues, ideas and recommendations clearly in verbal and written formats to a broad audience
  • Ability to quickly understand regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
