JOB DESCRIPTION:
OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE
 
Senior, regional technology expert empowered to speak for SPIELO International on all technical and functional levels as to our products and services and their alignment with our Corporate Strategies.Supports the Sales and Delivery organizations with technical and functional product support expertise. Works with Management teams to identify and validate business needs in order to create well-defined Market Requirements, Business Requirements, Business Cases, and CI analysis associated with SPIELO International products and services.
               
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Client Service
  • Is responsible for assisting the CSTM in the creation and maintenance of the account plan with the full involvement of the sales executive who is responsible for the sales forecast.
  • Identify client’s current and future needs and potential opportunities for the Company.
  • Support the Client Service Team and project team to plan and coordinate the on time delivery of quality products and services to a client. 
  • Work with the Account Executive to respond promptly and competitively to sales opportunities (i.e. RFP’s, RFI’s and RFQ’s).  Coordinate and edit responses.  Provide support to sales executives in contract negotiations.
  • Participate in Central System sales activities including kick-off meetings, customer presentations, etc.
Business Analysis
  • Work with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business functionality and requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across product releases.
  • Support  in gathering, designing and implementing business requirements. Support validation of requirements as it applies to existing products.
  • Support the implementation of a new business systems
  • Provide oversight in support for the implementation of large scale business systems and processes
  • Analyze and interpret complex policies and processes
  • Conduct independent research
  • Performs cost and benefit analysis (ROI)
  • Coordinate support between Product team and project team interaction.
Systems Engineering
  • Understanding of our installed customer functional solutions and our customer strategies targeted to meet their current and future business needs.  Advise Key Account Managers on technical roadmaps to help our customers achieve their technical strategic targets.
  • Work with the Product Management group to understand product functional requirements, product service requirements, and product lifecycle and provide input to roadmap.
  • Responsible for maintaining product technical proficiency, understanding product release timelines and facilitating our product release upgrade strategies (i.e. ES Release-1) within the region.   Ensure products are developed for serviceability, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of technical products, services and solutions.  
  • Establish technical business relationships with the senior technical staff members of our customers in the region.
  • Maintain technical product and service competitive intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree with additional Education/Training in a Business Functional Area or equivalent.
  • Must have 10+ years of proven experience in business environment  i.e. Business modeling, estimation, budgeting experience; Project Management; Customer Relationship Management; Total Cost of Ownership
 
Essential special training requirements
  • Proficiency in software development & delivery methodologies
  • Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications associated with formalized SDLC.
  • Must be familiar with packaged application software and MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Exposure/experience with SAP a plus
  • Advanced presentation and writing skills
  • Regional cultural and language skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Excellent organization skills
