JOB DESCRIPTION:
OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE
 
This position participates in existing and potential client account planning and execution, and is responsible for leading, managing and integrating the Client Service Team (CST) resources to ensure on-time delivery of quality products and service to a client.
 
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·         Plays a key role in client account planning and execution through the timely and accurate collection of information from internal sales staff, CST members, other team members and the client.  Is responsible for creating and maintaining the account plan with the full involvement of the sales executive who is responsible for the sales forecast.
·         Conduct a business analysis of client information gathered to identify client’s current and future needs and potential opportunities for the Company.
·         Work closely with sales staff to plan and coordinate the on time delivery of quality products and services to a client. 
·         Manage, coordinate and integrate CST resources and track the financial expenditure of resources on a project.  Track controllable expenses as per the project budget and supply current and accurate financial information to maintain the profit and loss statement.
·         Work with the Account Executive to respond promptly and competitively to RFP’s, RFI’s and RFQ’s.  Coordinate and edit responses and manage the response team.  Provide support to sales executives in contract negotiations.
·         Coordinates all activities relating to a client, such as NCR, product change requests, technical support requirement (these 3 through JIRA) Sales and Operations Planning and support in development of business case for client related R&D.
·         Manage client expectations related to ECO and EWO.

REQUIREMENTS
 
·         Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology.
·         A minimum of three years of sales support or business analysis experience and previous management or team leadership experience, as well as three months of on-the-job learning to achieve competence
·         Excellent people, leadership and team building skills
·         Excellent organizational ability and planning skills
·         Strong financial, analytical and strategic planning skills
·         Great attention to detail
