Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have knowledge of relevant of bartending procedures (drink recipes, etc.); Great good people skills required including effective communication; Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff; ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math; ability to handle money and make correct change; ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.
Education: High school education or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year apprentice bartender experience
Certificate/License:City of Detroit Food Handler Permit; Approved Michigan Alcohol Awareness Program
