Poker Manager

 

Description:

Oversee Poker Room operations as well as directing and supervising all Poker Room personnel on shift. Maintain appropriate staff levels. Teach and deal all Poker (Hold ‘em) games. Formulate, develop and enforce Poker Room Policy and Procedure manuals. Authorize Fills/Credits. Evaluate all high limit play while relaying necessary information directly to Shift Manager on duty. Ensure that Title 31and SARC compliance and all activities in the Poker Room are conducted in accordance with ICS. Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required, as well as a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within the Gaming Industry, preferably Table Games. Must be able to comply with and practice Grand Victoria Casino’s Crowning Service Standards.
