Bingo Supervisor

Description:

Summary:

Responsible for assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Bingo department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned
  • Run closing, summary, session, and 24-hour activity reports
  • Enter game payouts and void payout receipts as they occur
  • Count and sign off on the main bank
  • Post new ace ball amounts and advance the system to the next session
  • Monitor sidework and ensure completion
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
  • Perform duties of Bingo Attendant as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous supervisory experience, preferably within a Bingo department
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and lead in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of Title 31 preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
