Bar Porter

General Summary
Cleans bar and equipment and replenishes bar supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning/ sanitation of assigned beverage stations, including stocking of consumable and non-consumable products.
• Assist bartenders, beverage servers and bar porters to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, guest service and product availability.
• Fill orders and stocks liquor, beer and pump room supplies.
• Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones.
• Washes glasses, bar and equipment and polishes bar fixtures.
• Sweeps and mops floors and cleans mats.
• Maintains sinks, drains and equipment.
• Removes empty bottles and trash.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests

Job Specifications – Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience and one year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
• Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
  
  Working Conditions – Physical Requirements
• Walking, standing or stooping (80% of the time).
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical).
• Must have the ability to read labels and identify products and/or uses.
