Database Marketing Coordinator

Description:

Summary: Assists with process of direct to consumer communications.  This effort includes, but is not limited to, campaign production, monitoring and data validation. Maintains instructions for all DM processes.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize the campaign management platform on a daily basis to set-up, schedule and deliver all direct targeted communications
  • Create and maintain instructions for all DM processes, including all changes
  • Frequently communicate with vendors and property to ensure all initiatives are on time
  • Validate all campaigns and special event documentation and outputs are configured correctly.
  • Exhibit a proper attitude in effectively dealing with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing or database analysis performing the same or similar job duties preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field; or currently in the process of obtaining degree preferred
  • Strong mathematical and strategic thinking skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Access preferred
  • Knowledge of casino player management systems a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Vision, hearing, speaking and literacy (critical)
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced, busy environment
  • Regularly required to sit at a desk or table
