JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Restaurant Chef, the incumbent oversees prep employees including directing daily responsibilities, establishing time-frames and following up. Degree in Culinary Arts with four (4) to six (6) years of food production experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
