JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Front Office Shift Manager, the incumbent provides courteous front desk services to guests. High School diploma as well as prior high-volume customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess basic math skills necessary to accurately calculate and process guest payments. Position requires ability to stand and walk 100% of the time. Extensive periods of data entry is required.
