Under the direction of the Director of Compensation/Benefits & HRIS , the incumbent develops and administers programs to create and promote a culture of wellness within MPTN. Bachelor degree in Wellness or Health related area. Two (2) or more years of experience in worksite health promotion and in delivery of employer-based wellness programs is required. Must have the ability to respect the dignity and confidentiality of team members. Excellent verbal /written communication skills; ability to prepare and give group lectures. Ability to objectively coach employees and clients through complex and emotional issues. Ability to make recommendations to effectively solve problems using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies and procedures.
