This position manages the CRM administration process within a functional group, including the functional specifications process from end users for system design and implementation. This position can manage analysts, develops and architects and interact with all levels of staff, contractors, and vendors.
Manage the First Advantage Oracle Siebel CRM OnDemand implementation including (but not limited to): solutions design, business rule development, user interface configuration and customization, external system integration, technical / end-user training and project management
Manage the process of data extraction from existing systems, ensuring adherence to data specifications, and resulting in successful integration with First Advantage OnDemand solution.
Act as a liaison between various groups within First Advantage such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
Implement solid report designs that are easy to read and interpret by various audiences
Complete recurring report/data management processing.
Participate in process improvement and system enhancement definition and testing
Provide support to other team members as needed
IT related undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM OnDemand
5+ years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence
5+ years of experience with relations database concepts & reporting platforms
3+ years of advanced experience with Excel, Access and SQL
3+ years of experience with web applications
Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
Self-Managed, able to work under limited guidance and supervision
Occasional domestic travel is required (5 – 20%)
