Job Title:   Implementations Specialist

General Summary:

  • Interface with Clients, Internal Service Departments and Third Party Partners to Develop, and Execute, a Baseline Implementation Plan.
  • Document all Pertinent Information Relative to Account Configuration and Program Scope to include the Creation and Maintenance of Project Plan and Requirements Documentation
  • Provide Support to Sales Organization as needed to include Advisory of Product Functionality and Capability
  • Responsible for Client Set-up, Client Maintenance and System Functionality in addition to Client-facing Training during Deployment Process
  • Translate business and client needs into IT requirements and assist in troubleshooting data issues related with file processing.
  • Perform Stage testing and liaise with the IT team.
  • Other Duties as Assigned by Management

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • User Acceptance Testing and File Specification Management
  • Document Creation and Retention
  • Client Training

  • Some College, or College Degree with concentration in Information Technology, Project Management, or Equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of 50 WPM typing speed with 97% accuracy or above
  • Intermediate to Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project
  • A minimum of three years in customer service with direct interaction with external customers.
  • Secure File Encryption through PGP
  • File Formatting (CSV, XLS, etc.)
  • File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and SFTP site creation
