Job Description:

Team Member Investigation(s)

  • Conduct basic investigations and provide recommendation to Team Relations Manager. 
  • Recommend solutions for addressing basic workplace issues and corrective actions.  
  • Create strategy to resolve issues and prepare applicable reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare reporting and analyze data for trends.

Team Member Engagement & Retention

  • Fully administer and execute team members’ recognition engagement events including awareness and participation (Focus Groups, 180, TMOS, Action Planning, etc).
  • Investigate and respond to state unemployment insurance claims.
  • Review iTrak daily for any potential Team Relations concerns.
  • Participate in property-wide initiatives to boost Team Member morale and reduce turnover.
  • Facilitate the Team Relations portion of New Hire Orientation.


  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
  • 1-2 years Human Resources generalist experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of event planning and coordination
  • Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starter with keen ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.
  • Best-in-class verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state and employment related licensing.
