Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department.
  • Welcome Team Members and guests in a professional, courteous, expeditious and caring manner as they enter the Human Resource office while ensuring overall excellent service.
  • Responsible for tracking and distributing of IGB licenses, Rivers name tags and Rivers id badges to all Team Members.
  • Responsible for scheduling exit interviews as needed.
  • Responsible for receiving, date stamping and ensuring the proper flow of paperwork within the Human Resource Department.
  • Responsible for communication, administration and implementation of the public bus pass program for Team Members.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the Human Resource bulletin boards.
  • Responsible for typing memo’s, investigation notes and other documents as needed.
  • Responsible for completing and submitting expense reports.
  • Responsible for processing, coding and submitting department invoices.
  • Responsible for the department inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Responsible for distribution of Team Member communication including creation of flyers and other materials as needed.
  • Responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing the Human Resource mail daily.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining files of appropriate reports, records and other information.
  • Responsible for ordering flowers for Team Members as needed.
  • Responsible for arranging travel arrangements as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the calendar of the VP of Human Resources.
  • Assist as needed with team member events.
  • All other duties as directed or assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years college degree in related work field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent computer skills required Microsoft Office, Publisher, Power Point and Excel.
  • Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Experience in using an HRIS preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to efficiently utilize Red Rock Purchasing System.
  • Ability to communicate with Team Members and guests
  • Ability to be a TEAM player
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
