Pharmacy Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Performs packaging, manipulative, repetitive, or other nondiscretionary tasks related to the furnishing of drugs, while assisting and under the direct supervision and control of a pharmacist. Fills and delivers the unit dose cassettes from the patients profile to nursing units.

The estimated base pay for this position is $24.37 - $35.11 hourly. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, etc.

 

Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred

Associates / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Required Licenses Pharmacy Technician Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy: Required (except Hawaii)

Pharmaceutical Technician Board certification: Preferred
