Assists Administration with inter-departmental communication, phones, meetings, calendars, and coordination of meetings and educational activities. Assumes additional duties as required including assisting with documentation of annual evaluations utilizing hospital software. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, and able to type a minimum of 50 WPM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to multitask and accept additional responsibility. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations. This is a non-union position.
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Medical terminology preferred; must obtain with 6 months.
Experience: Clerical experience in a customer service environment; hospital experience preferred.
