The Client Technical Product Specialist Senior (CTPSS) is the primary liaison between our key strategic clients and Escrow Services. With emphasis on client retention, customer loyalty and organic sales growth by providing targeted business solutions using Escrow Services (ES) products, the CTPSS manages a subset of ES' middle to upper-middle tier clients (ranked within top 100), with specific responsibility for at least two major clients, representing real and potential revenue of $1 OM-$25M. As the ES product expert, the CTPSS partners with the Client Services Executive (CSE) in developing comprehensive operational strategies in order to support the CSE with key sales opportunities to existing or potential clients.
 
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
 
  • As the recognized subject matter expert, utilizes extensive ES product knowledge to partner with Tier 2 & 3 Sales Executives to develop strategic account plans by creating client solutions through the utilization of new and/or enhanced ES products.
  • Proactively monitor market trends, ensuring automatic alerts, in order to quickly evaluate potential impact on clients' portfolios and possible ES product solutions.
  • Professionally competent across multiple regulatory agencies for example.. HUD, FEMA in order to identify potential client impact and possible ES solutions.
  • Take an active leadership role in, and assume responsibility for, establishing senior management contacts and relationships within assigned accounts. Maintain ongoing interface/continuous re-confirmation of client's needs and commitments; service-level concerns, technical/interface issues, understanding servicing platforms, etc.
  • As the ES product expert, the Client Technical Product Specialist Senior is expected to communicate requirements to Product Management/Marketing/IT for product enhancements, ensure implementation and training, if applicable, and communicate outcome to their customers.
  • Negotiate medium-size contract renewals, language and pricing structure that is consistent with ES policy and guidelines.
  • Responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of their clients' business model, technology platform, products and services utilized, contractual agreements, fee structure, key business contacts and volume/revenue statistics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

 

Experience
  • Five years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Five years of directly relevant experience in the same industry or in a similar account management role in another industry

 

Knowledge/Skills
  • Ability to work effectively at various levels within an assigned client organization
  • Very strong negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
  • Professional competence in regulatory agency activities/legislation
