Players Club Representative


Representatives are responsible for entering player information in the Players Club database. Assist with promotional events such as: drawings, giveaways, tournaments and any other customer based reward incentive. Maintain relations with customers by helping to come up with new customer-relations programs and promotions. Maintain a positive attitude while greeting customers at the door and while on the casino floor. Assist customers while walking the floor. Accurately enter customer information on all reporting documentation. Share knowledge of upcoming promotions with employees and customers. Assist in all Marketing efforts as needed by the Marketing Department. Help provide the annoucements over the loud speaker at special events. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager/Marketing Manager.


Must have wide knowledge of video gaming devices, table games operations and other para-mutual wagering. Ability to work effectively with Gaming Management, casino employees, and the general public. Ability to access computer information and use a computer efficiently are preferred. Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are preferred. Must be able to work odd and unusual hours, including weekends and overtime. Must pass initial drug screening and random drug tests. Licensing by the Tribal Gaming Commission. High School Diploma or GED Certification. Computer skills including: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access are preferred. Must be able to work all shifts/days of week/holidays. Performs duties in a well-lighted, ventilated, and temperature controlled casino. Regular exposure to a smoke-filled, noisy environment. Duties may involve walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and crouching. Some lifting required.
