Players Club Representative

The Player's Club Representative is responsible for all Club Chumash desk operations, providing the highest standard of guest service ("Gold Standard Service") while permitting acceptable profit levels in promoting all areas and events of the Chumash Casino Resort.



  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.


  • Minimum of 1 year of guest service experience required, 2 years preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Data entry proficiency.
  • Multi-task oriented and able to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and written correspondence.
  • Work effectively independently and with a team.
  • Assertive and a self-starter.
  • Able to work effectively under time constraints.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
