The Expeditor Ensures a consistent, correct and quality plate presentation for all dishes served to customers. Supports and assists servers to ensure timely delivery of food to guests.



  • High School diploma or GED certificate preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and write legibly in the English language.
  • Able to maintain composure at times of high volume.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must follow safety guidelines and grooming standards.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a CA Food Handler Card within 30 days of employment.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
