Custodian Shift Supervisor

The Custodian Shift Supervisor assists the Custodial Services Manager in the maintenance of casino structures, facilities and grounds by managing day-to-day activities of subordinate Team Members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Experience

  • 4 years of experience in the Facilities Department of a similarly situated facility including 1 year at a supervisory level.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of applicable law, regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is required.
  • Ability to operate cleaning machines and equipment.
  • Basic mechanical ability is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic leadership and management skills and techniques.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
  • Must be able to read and write legibly in the English language.
  • Current Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
