JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic Room Attendant to carry on our 4 Diamond Guest Service Standards.  If you are looking for a new opportunity, come join our Team!  The Chumash Casino Resort is a premier employer in Santa Barbara County located in the beautiful wine country of Santa Ynez, California.  

The Room Attendant supports the hotel’s commitment quality service by cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hotel. Responsibilities include stocking Room Attendant carts and work stations with sheets, pillowcases, towels and all amenities. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.

Experience

  • Housekeeping service experience preferred.

Additional Requirements
 

  • Excellent guest service skills required with the ability to communicate to guests.
  • Must be willing to learn and work well within a team.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in the English language.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
