Shuttle Driver

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic Shuttle Driver to carry on our 5 Diamond Guest Service Standards.  If you are looking for a new opportunity, come join our Team!  The Chumash Casino Resort is a premier employer in Santa Barbara County located in the beautiful wine country of Santa Ynez, California.

The Shuttle Driver transports casino guests and Team Members using company vehicles.
Position requires a valid California Class A and/or B License with a "P" passenger endorsement and air brake endorsement. 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.

Experience

  • 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, and/or public relations is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Must possess a valid California Class A and/or B License with a "P" passenger endorsement and air brake endorsement.
  • Driving record must have less than 50% of the permissible points allowed per California DMV.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
