to carry on our 5 Diamond Guest Service Standards. If you are looking for a new opportunity, come join our Team! The Chumash Casino Resort is a premier employer in Santa Barbara County located in the beautiful wine country of Santa Ynez, California.
is responsible for dispatching Valet Drivers to retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and accurate manner. Provides information to guests via phone and in-person at the Information Desk about valet services, general casino and resort services, amenities, promotions and events. Assists with valet services in the valet driveway as needed.
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Previous guest service experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
Excellent phone and radio etiquette.
Must be knowledgeable and remain up-to-date regarding casino and resort amenities, promotions and events.
Basic proficiency with computers.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
Native American hiring preference applies.
