We are looking for a dynamic Security Dispatcher to carry on our 5 Diamond Guest Service Standards.  If you are looking for a new opportunity, come join our Team!  The Chumash Casino Resort is a premier employer in Santa Barbara County located in the beautiful wine country of Santa Ynez, California.

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for making and receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for service and dispatching the proper resource for the request received. A request for service may be presented in person, by telephone or by radio communications from inside and outside the resort.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Experience

  • One year of related experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
  • Current Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
