Cage Supervisor



Pay Range: $23.23 - $27.33/Hour, DOE + Benefits

The Cage Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the operations of the Cage/Vault during the assigned shift.  Assists in training new Team Members as assigned, prepares reports, oversees Title 31 enforcement and reporting activities, and recommends changes in Cage/Vault procedures as needed.



Age Requirement:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.


  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience is preferred.


  • Two years experience in casino Cage/Vault operations required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, percentage and decimals.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform cash handling operations using units of American money.
  • Basic knowledge of business and accounting systems and methods.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable law, regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is required.
  • Basic supervisory skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, and/or public relations is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office and database applications, e-mail and Internet. 
  • Basic proficiency in 10-key and other office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Multi-task oriented. 
  • Must be able to read and write legibly.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
