Education:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.
- Proficient in use of computers, including Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), databases, e-mail, and Internet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to give presentations both visual and oral.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
- Ability to work with Team Members and management on a professional level.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task, effectively establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Team Member must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Must be a SY Chumash Community Member.
