HVAC Supervisor



The HVAC Supervisor supervises and works alongside crew maintaining and repairing existing HVAC systems including refrigeration and heating systems.



  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.


  • 4 years of experience in Facilities, Maintenance, Construction, or related field including 1 year at a supervisory level.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of applicable law, regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is required.
  • The trades involved require knowledge of shop mathematics to plan, compute and layout projects; the ability to interpret and apply building plans and blueprints; and skill in the use of tools and equipment common to the trade.
  • Mechanical ability is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action. 
  • Must be able to read and write legibly in English language.
  • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
