Banquet Supervisor



The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that guests experience exceptional services and products. Assignments may vary including dining room shift management, bar management, banquet management, monetary tracking and end of shift reports.


  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • Two years of experience in banquet operations
  • Must be knowledgeable in all areas of dining service.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
  • Exceptional detail, time-management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervisor a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, and internet.
  • Proficient with POS systems.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure at times of high volume. 
  • Must be able to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License.
  • Must obtain food handler card within 30 days of employment.
  • Must be certified or be able to obtain certification in an approved alcoholic awareness program within 90 days of employment.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
