The Concierge is responsible for greeting all guests upon arrival, coordinating, facilitating and assisting guests in making the most of their visit by planning excursions, arranging tours, procuring reservations, and notifying guests of special events.



  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.


  • Two years of prior experience in hospitality or guest service related field.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office and database applications, e-mail and Internet.
  • Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, holidays and weekends.
  • Outgoing, motivated and energetic personality required.
  • Proven guest relations, problem solving, and research skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to accomplish assigned tasks with interruptions and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to evaluate alternatives and make responsible decisions quickly.
  • Interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
  • Detail and follow-up skills.
  • Team Member must be able to read and write legibly in English language.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
