Lead Barista



The Lead Barista creates hot and cold beverages upon request, such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafå latte, tea and chai. Operates cash register to process guests’ orders. Handles guest complaints and assists with inventory and Team Member scheduling.



  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.


  • Basic knowledge of coffee products preferred.
  • Inventory management experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
  • Able to manage guest complaints.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Able to maintain composure at times of high volume.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and hours.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must obtain food handler card within 30 days of employment.\
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
