The Ambassador Host assists Executive Hosts in the generation of incremental gaming revenue by maintaining close personal contact with customers and providing excellent customer service to targeted customers – all leading to increased rated play.



  • High School diploma or GED certificate.
  • Associates degree preferred


  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Knowledge of casino, slot and table games is preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent  oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work irregular shifts, weekend and holidays.
  • Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Employee must apply for, receive, and maintain a gaming license from the Gaming Commission.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
