Audio/Visual Technician

The Audio/Visual Technician performs technical repair and maintenance of audio-visual equipment. Designs and conducts a plan of preventative maintenance to identify potential equipment problems and makes adjustments or repairs before serious equipment damage results.



  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • Associates Degree or Certification from a Technical Institute.


  • 5 years of experience in a position with similar responsibility.

Additional Requirements

  • Advanced mechanical and electrical ability and understanding is required.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Basic proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office products and database applications, e-mail and Internet.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
  • High levels of motivation and initiative.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write legibly in English language.
  • Current Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
