Facilities Technician II

The Facilities Technician II specializes in one or more of the following areas including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, metal work, welding, building and equipment maintenance and repair or any combination of these skills. The engineer performs the assigned maintenance, repair, or construction functions under the direction of the Technician Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience as a specialist in the designated field.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of applicable, regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is required.
  • Ability to operate cleaning machines and equipment.
  • Basic mechanical ability is required.
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action. 
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write legibly in English language.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
