Responsible for the preparation of all hot food items produced in Nutrition Services department using safe and sanitary procedures and techniques.
Required: High School graduate or equivalent. Possess Food Handler's Permit on first day of employment. Previous experience in institutional or restaurant cooking using standardized recipes and safe, sanitary procedures.
