Office and Administrative Support
This position is responsible for a wide variety of duties associated with film library and front desk receptionist areas. Responsible for providing assistance, directions and information to visitors, patients, medical staff, and Associates. Provides information regarding patient’s locations, directions for visitors, directory assistance, and hospital service information placing calls. Performs all duties in a manner that maximizes customer satisfaction.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years experience as receptionist or PBX operator. Must be able to operate a personal computer. Equipment/Skills: Must possess excellent interpersonal communications skills and demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques. Must be able to operate a computer for inquiry and input purposes. Working Conditions: Normal office conditions to include long periods of sitting. Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to all callers and visitors. Must communicate clearly and effectively with all internal and external customers to include problem identification. Must be able to perform all duties in an environment of high pressure while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Must also successfully complete the pre-employment/post-employment job offer health screening examination and the annual screening each year thereafter as an Associate.
